We deliver at hourly intervals.

If you stay in a condominium or apartment, please meet our drivers at the lobby. 

We charge for delivery according to postcodes. We have delivery services across KL and Selangor.

To ensure the freshness of your products, do bring your own cooler bag/box for pickup or takeaway orders.

We supply a free cooler bag with all ice cream cakes, and there's also the option to purchase a cooler bag from the store or to add to your pickup order!

To ensure quality, we produce each product on a rotational basis. 

Check out the product description of each product for availability. 

Select the pickup/delivery date from the dropdown in the product  page itself.

If you cancel your order, there’ll be no refund, instead it will be kept as store credit for the next purchase. 

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll refund the money. 

If the products arrived damage, we’ll arrange for refund or discount vouchers, depending on situation.
