Xiao-ly Koh

CRAFTSPERSON

Xiao-ly is an aspiring young pastry chef with nothing but passion for her craft. After completing her studies at Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia, she decided to brave Kuala Lumpur's pastry scene in 2009.

Xiao by Crustz was started in her home kitchen and she has not looked back ever since.

Loi Ming Ai

WORLD PASTRY CHAMPION

Chef Loi is a seasoned pastry and frozen dessert instructor who made a name for himself in global pastry competitions, most notably in the coupe du monde de la pâtisserie 2019.

As much an artist as he is a pastry chef, you'll find his elegant and otherworldly designs showcased as our frozen desserts at Tanuki by Crustz.

Otto Tay

WORLD PASTRY CHAMPION

A well established figure in the corporate pastry industry, Chef Otto is a creative at heart whose personality reflects in his innovative desserts.

He has been a partner with Xiao by Crustz prior to winning the coupe du monde de la pâtisserie in 2019, and has since crafted some of our most imaginative creations yet.
